Can't Login or Forgot Your Login:

If your login was originally saved in your browser (autofilled), follow the steps under I. to recover it. If that doesn't work, follow the steps under II to get a new password.

I. Login was saved in your browser:

• Safari: Open Safari, Select the word Safari (next to the Apple in the upper left corner), then Preferences > Passwords. Scroll down to campus.educadium.com/diveonline and click the password to view it.

• Chrome: Open Chrome then Click the three little dots in the top right corner of browser page. Select Settings. Scroll down the settings page to the section Autofill, and select Passwords, then scroll down to campus.educadium.com/diveonline.

• Firefox: Open Firefox and Click the menu button at the top right of browser page. Select Logins and Passwords. Your saved login will be displayed in the left menu.

II. If your password was not saved, try these solutions:

• Click the Lost Password link (under the login fields). Fill in only your username then click Okay. The system will send an email to the student's email address. Click the link in the email to confirm the request. Another email will be sent with the new password. If that doesn’t work, go to the next solution.

• Search your email for the login email we sent you by typing “New Login Credentials” or “support@diveintomath.com”.
• If that doesn't work, contact us at support@diveintomath.com
