This course will include discussions on how to achieve the goals of the Chief Apostle’s new initiative to grow inactive or free states in which no Triumph temples or sanctuaries exist. Evangelism and nurturing methods used in this course are designed to integrate leadership and planning by using goal setting and strategies to achieve goals. This course will include a proactive response to church membership decline by using strategic leadership and strategic planning processes. Discussions on strategic planning will include leader-manager audits, developing job descriptions, writing vision and mission statements, and community surveys.
